Step-by-Step on How to Download Vaccine Certificates Philippines
To get your vaccination certificate, follow the following steps:
Answer the question honestly and select next.
Click continue then read the Data Privacy Statement. Tick the box then click continue.
Enter your details correctly. Kindly make sure that the details your provide matches your local vaccination card.
Next, add your vaccination dose details.
Once done, click the verify vaccination information.
Double check the details entered before proceeding.
You will then be asked to type a CAPTCHA like the one shown below.
You will then be informed if they found your record or not.
You can tick the box if the said certificate will be used for travel purposes or not. Then you can now generate your vaccination certificate by clicking the button. And if your record wasn’t found, click the update record on the bottom of the screen.
By clicking the generate vaccination certificate, you will be given the more detailed records.
Download the certificate, save and print the PDF copy and use it for the purpose you intended to when applying.
