Additionally, all visitors are required to log in to our QNE Visitor Management System upon entry. This system is used to collect consent for CCTV recording and to ensure that visitors are informed of their rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA 2012). By signing in, visitors acknowledge that their presence and activities within our premises may be recorded and agree to the processing of their personal data as outlined in this policy.
- Data Sharing
CCTV recordings are not shared with third parties except under the following circumstances:
Legal Requirements: When required by law or in response to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.
Authorized Entities: For security purposes or to assist in investigations, as necessary and in compliance with legal obligations.
