In the recently published SEC Memorandum Circular, the SEC addressed all corporations – including all its branches – representative offices, regional headquarters and regional operation headquarters of foreign corporations, which calendar year ended last December 31, 2022 should file their annual financial statement through the SEC eFast (Electronic Filing and Submission Tool with the following deadlines:

Filing of Annual Financial Statements 2023 Past Due Date
Late filing and submission for the first indicated schedule shall be accepted by June 3, 2023 and shall have penalties which will be computed based on the date of the last day of filing on the first schedule. Late Filing of Annual Financial Statements 2023 was also moved to June 3, 2023 instead of June 5, 2023
